Mark Tibbetts joined Hayes Mechanical in 2010 as Chief Financial Officer. In 2018, Mark Tibbetts was named President of Hayes Mechanical.

William Fuehrmeyer
Industrial Vice President
William Fuehrmeyer joined Hayes Mechanical in 1999 as an Industrial Field Superintendent. In 2005, he was promoted to Industrial Project Manager. He was promoted again in 2019 to Industrial Vice President.
William Fuehrmeyer has over 33 years of experience in the industrial field, with extensive knowledge in power generation, power piping, plant maintenance turnaround and outages, chemical, petroleum, steel mill, food and beverage, plus manufacturing industries. William Fuehrmeyer is a proud union member in good standing with the Pipefitters Local Union 597.
Joe Montagano, Sr.
Sr. VP of Commercial Services
Joe Montagano Sr. joined Hayes Mechanical in 2006 as our Commercial Project Manager and accepted a position as the Director of Commercial Services in 2009 before being named the Vice President of Commercial Services in 2011.
Joe Montagano has over 34 years of mechanical industry experience from pipefitter, field supervisor, field superintendent, and project manager. He is a proud member of Pipefitters Local Union 597.
