Hayes Mechanical provides cost-effective preventive maintenance agreements to fit your organization's particular needs. Your customized preventive maintenance program will improve operating efficiency and dependability - which saves you money.
Many customers want to achieve the peace of mind that comes with knowing that Hayes Mechanical is completely responsible for the maintenance and repair of their HVAC equipment.
Our full maintenance program covers all preventive maintenance and the repair or replacement of the component parts of the equipment. When a covered component needs adjustment or repair, we do so at no additional charge.
A major benefit of a full service contract is that it smoothes out the cash flow for an owner. Instead of facing a major repair bill on occasion, the owners can elect to spread that cost out over the life of the agreement.
In the event that a piece of equipment has outlived its useful life or replacement parts are no longer available, we can provide a new unit on a time and material or quoted basis.
Hayes Mechanical has developed a unique maintenance agreement for customers who look at the total cost of ownership for their HVAC equipment.
Under our Comprehensive Service Equipment Replacement Program (CSERP) program, we will perform all of our preventive maintenance tasks, provide additional labor and material to repair any component of your HVAC system, and when necessary provide a brand new piece of equipment. In other words, if your boiler or rooftop A/C unit can no longer be maintained or if replacement parts are no longer available, we will remove the old piece of equipment and furnish and install a new one at no increase in the monthly agreement!
The advantage of this program is that it allows an owner to smooth out their cash flow and know that when a piece of equipment has reached the end of its useful life, Hayes Mechanical will replace it and not increase their monthly agreement.
This agreement can be canceled upon thirty days written notice up until the time we schedule the replacement of a piece of equipment. After we have replaced a piece of equipment, there is a mandatory "lock in period" that varies based upon the replacement cost of the new unit. The most important part of this agreement is that there is no increase in the cost of the CSERP agreement other than an annual adjustment for inflation.
